Refund Policy and Terms of Service

1. Cooling-Off Period (Courses & Physical Materials):

Customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment for any course purchased via credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque, or cash. This only applies to unused physical materials that are returned in their original condition.

How to Cancel:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and include:

• Full Name

• Address

• Registration Number / Course Name (if applicable)

• Reason for cancellation

All materials must be returned to:

Customers are responsible for return costs and ensuring safe delivery.

Refund Processing:

Once materials are received and verified, refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method (or bank details provided for transfers).

2. Online Course Access:

No refunds are provided for digital/online courses once login credentials have been issued or the course has been accessed. By accessing your online course, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Law.

3. 1-1 Coaching & Mentoring Packages – Non-Refundable Policy:

All 1-1 coaching packages are strictly non-refundable. Coaching is a personalised, time-bound service. Once booked, the time, preparation, and support are allocated exclusively to you for the full duration of the agreement. This includes but is not limited to:

• Weekly or bi-weekly sessions

• Progress tracking and preparation between sessions

• Priority support and communication access (if included)

Refunds or partial reimbursements are not offered under any circumstances once sessions have commenced. In exceptional cases, clients may request to transfer their remaining sessions to another eligible Clarity Circle program or course, at the discretion of The Clarity Circle Ltd.

4. Missed Sessions & Rescheduling (1-1 Clients):

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without prior notice are considered forfeited and are not refundable or transferrable.

5. Payment Plans & Default:

For clients on instalment plans, payments must be made on time. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services and access until payments are brought up to date. Late fees may apply in accordance with our payment policy.
