REFUND POLICY
Cooling-Off and Cancellation Period:
Customers are entitled to a standard 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment for the course. This applies to all payments made via credit/debit card, cheque, cash, or bank transfer and to course materials that have been physically posted.
Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be made in writing via letter and include the following information:

Customers must return course materials as soon as possible, at their own cost and risk. Returned items should be sent to:

Proof of Postage: The Clarity Circle Ltd strongly recommends obtaining a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office or sending items via Recorded Delivery.
Responsibility: The Clarity Circle Ltd is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned materials and verifying that all conditions are met. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
For payments made via bank transfer, the customer must provide bank details for the refund to be processed.
Online Course Purchases:
For online courses where login credentials have been emailed to the customer, no refunds can be provided once the course has been accessed.
